R. Garth Ferrell joined the Colorado bar in 1986 and practiced two years with Holme Roberts and Owen, one of the largest law firms in Denver. From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Ferrell was a litigation associate and Of-Counsel to Parcel Mauro Hultin & Spaanstra, P.C. in Denver, and focused on commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and product liability defense. From 1996 to 2019, he continued his business litigation practice as a partner at Mallgren & Ferrell, P.C.

In 2019, Mr. Ferrell founded The Law Office of R. Garth Ferrell, P.C, and continues representing clients in business transaction and business litigation matters.
